No. 284 is a guest house owned and operated by Hexagon Properties LLC (“Hexagon Properties,” “we,” or “us”) with a website located at (the “Site”).

Hexagon Properties is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may gather and the ways in which we may use it. If the Site contains links to other websites, Hexagon Properties is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.  Hexagon Properties may modify this Privacy Policy in the future. When you book services through our Site, you will be linked to a reservation interface and third-party booking engine, InnRoad. While it appears to be part of our Site, InnRoad is provided by a third party and is governed by its privacy practices. When you book services using any other method, we will collect payment information and other Personal Information from you directly or from third-party booking websites, and we will provide it to InnRoad. InnRoad will be the merchant of record on all No. 284 reservation transactions.

We may also obtain Personal Information about you from affiliated entities through which you book services offered by the Site or Hexagon Properties.


Hexagon Properties may use your Personal Information in any manner consistent with uses set forth in this Privacy Policy or otherwise permitted with your consent. Examples of such use include, but are not limited to, the following: facilitating reservations, providing concierge services, responding to your questions, communicating with you about your visit, sending promotional materials about Hexagon Properties, and keeping you informed about Hexagon Properties.

Hexagon Properties is interested in improving the Site and may develop and offer new features and services.
